Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Refunds or reshipment will not be made if the failure of delivery is due to an insufficient or incorrect physical address provided for shipping. Please note that items must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt in order to receive a refund.
Please note that all of our Kpop albums are strictly to be purchased on a pre-order basis. The full payment for your pre-order must be made in order to confirm its shipment.
Should you wish to cancel your order after you have made payment, a 10% charge on the original price of goods will be charged as an administrative fee for the refund and cancellation process to take place. Therefore, please carefully consider your order before making a purchase online.
Once a pre-order cancellation is confirmed, we will begin with the refund process. The money will reflect in your bank account within 7 working days.
We unfortunately do not accept refunds or returns on our Kpop albums due to their specialized and unique nature.
All of our products are sealed by our supplier and carefully packaged before shipment. Thus, we cannot be held liable for any factory defects, such as missing photocards, etc.
For apparel/merchandise - please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging before requesting for a refund. We unfortunately cannot accept refunds where products have been tampered with ie. broken seals, missing labels, etc. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to cover shipping expenses with regards to a refund. For damaged or defective goods upon arrival, please email us immediately upon receipt at email@example.com and we will do our best in assisting you with the matter.
